EEAAO's the Daniels are top the 2022 Directors Guild of America award winners

No prizes for guessing this went down! Daniels Kwan and Scheinert from Everything Everwhere were declared, last night, the best directors in the business, winning the top DGA prize. Since the DGA also has an award for new filmmakers, they're unable to compete for the Narrative Feature Film prize - they compete instead in the First-Time category, where Aftersun's Charlotte Wells wins.
