The Knives are Out at the Chicago Independent Film Critics Circle awards

Four wins each for two twisty comic thrillers at the Chicago Independent Film Critics Circle's 2019 awards. Rian Johnson's Knives Out and Bong Joon Ho's Parasite were the big success stories of the year with the CIFCC, with Bong himself receiving three prizes, matching Greta Gerwig's tally for Little Women.
