She Said and Women Talking share top Women Film Critics Circle awards

Winners have been announced for the Women Film Critics Circle's 2022 awards! The group's two top prizes are shared between two movies: Maria Schrader's She Said wins Best Movie About Women, while Sarah Polley's Women Talking win Best Movie by a Woman - not sure what the difference is between these categories when they're both directed by women and about women, tbh. I'm not including their Hall of Sham citations since they're only individual entries from WFCC members, anad since they're sex-shaming and transphobic.
