Apparently, it's never a bad time to drop your critics' group awards, regardless of how many others have had the same idea, regardless of how many Oscar shortlists are about to drop. Anyway, the North Texas Film Critics Association must have figured someone was looking for them today, as here are their 2019 awards results, and they're actually not that bad! The Irishman wins yet another Best Picture prize, while all four acting categories go to prolific, yet somehow also relatively overlooked, performers this season. And everything's ranked, so you get a good chance to gawp at how good/bad the NTFCA's tastes are. Great stuff.
