North Carolina Critics Announce 2018 Award Winners

The North Carolina Film Critics Association has just revealed which films have won its 2018 awards, having published their nominations late last year. The award for Best Narrative Film, which I guess substitutes for a proper, open Best Film award, goes to Roma, in keeping with the trend of the current awards season so far, though it almost didn't - the NCFCA revealed that both this award and Best Actor (won by First Reformed's Ethan Hawke) were claimed by a single vote each. Roma is also the biggest winner here, with four prizes in total. Check it all out:
