Nevada Film Critics Society announces 2021 award winners

Next on the long, long list of December critics' groups' awards announcements is the Nevada Film Critics Society, though for those experiencing awards season fatigue already, this might serve as a neat little pick-me-up. The Nevada critics throw their support behind a couple of underdogs, including Guillermo del Toro's Nightmare Alley, winning four prizes here, and Sian Heder's CODA, which takes two including the top award, Best Film. A distinctive slate of picks from this group, and thus a welcome slate too.
