The Batman and Elvis lead the nominations for the 2022 Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild awards. They scores the maximum three nods achievable by any movie in their 2022 slate, being recognized for their makeup, hairstyling, and special effects work. You may recall that they're both up for an Oscar nomination in the Academy's Best Makeup and Hairstyling category; of the ten titles competing there, only three don't appear here, being All Quiet on the Western Front, Emancipation and (for shame) Crimes of the Future. MUAHSG award winners will be announced on 11 February.
