Leave No Trace Is SDFCS' Film Of The Year

Leave No Trace rallies to its first Best Picture win of the season at the San Diego Film Critics Society awards - it may be its only win, but it's a deserved one, and ought to serve alongside Debra Granik's Best Director prize yesterday from the Los Angeles Film Critics Association in revitalizing the pic's Oscar hopes. Otherwise, there's as much to be desired in these patchy choices as one might expect from a group that unveiled a slate of nominees of this calibre.
