Oscar frontrunners Belfast and The Power of the Dog are the top award winners for the year from the Iowa Film Critics Association. Kenneth Branagh's semi-autobiographical drama wins two prizes including Best Film, while Jane Campion's Western wins three including Best Director for Campion herself.
