Somehow I missed these, as they were announced earlier this week, pre-Oscar nominations. Anyway, the Kansas City Film Critics Circle has declared the results of its voting on the best in film for 2022, with a familiar face atop seven of their categories. Everything Everywhere All at Once wins Best Film, Best Director and five more prizes from the KCFCC, leaving mere scraps for its contenders: only Nope and RRR are able to claim more than one award each, and they have to make do with sharing one of their two apiece with each other.
