Casting Society of America announces 2021 Artios Award winners

The last American film industry guild to announce its award winners this year, the Casting Society of America has declared its Artios Award recipients for 2021. Best Picture Oscar frontrunners CODA and The Power of the Dog experienced divergent fortunes here, with the former winning in its category and the latter losing to West Side Story. The CSA's taste in comedy casting may leave a little to be desired, but their drama and mixed category wins are solid, even if they continue to favour the starrier productions. Check out their 2021 Artios Award nominations here.
