Birds of Prey and Ma Rainey win multiple MUAHSG awards

The Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild has announced their 2020/21 award winners. They're the first of a slew of industry awards clogging up the final few weeks of this mammoth awards season after a relative dearth of announcements. They've chosen Oscar Makeup & Hairstyling frontrunner Ma Rainey's Black Bottom for both of their Period and/or Character prizes, and non-Oscar nominee Birds of Prey for both Contemporary prizes. No surprise that Pinocchio wins their fifth movie award for Special Make-Up Effects. Check out all the winners below and all the nominees here.
