It may not have made the Oscar shortlist curated by those Academy snobs, but Bill & Ted Face the Music leads all movies in the 2020/21 Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists Guild awards nominations. The fantasy comedy summons up an impressive four nods across the group's five feature-length film categories, landing in both Contemporary Make-Up and Period and/or Character Make-Up - something that's only been achieved once before in the awards' history. Movies like Hillbilly Elegy, Mank and Ma Rainey's Black Bottom will hope to capitalize on their own multiple mentions here in next month's Oscar nominations. Winners for the MUAHSG awards will be announced at the group's virtual gala on the 3rd of April.
