A Star Is Declared Picture Of The Year By Georgia Critics

Remember when three films led this year's Georgia Film Critics Association award nominations? Well, three lead the awards themselves from the GFCA, as The Favourite, Roma and A Star Is Born collect three prizes apiece. It's A Star Is Born, however, that triumphs over the lot, winning Best Picture; it loses Best Actress to Hereditary's Toni Collette, something that's considerably less likely to occur with the season's upcoming Academy Awards, alas.
