2022 Vancouver Film Critics Circle awards nominations announced

Nominations are up for the 2022 Vancouver Film Critics Circle awards, with two familiar titles out in front. Both The Banshees of Inisherin and Everything Everywhere All at Once score seven nominations, with fellow Best Picture nominee Tar scoring four. All three are also up for Best Director and Best Screenplay, making each category mirror the others exactly; it'll be interesting to see whether voters split the wealth or consolidate it around a single movie.
