Winners have been declared for the craft categories for the 2022 European Film Awards. Known as the Excellence Awards, these are eight special prizes handed out annually by the EFA during their awards ceremony, but announced prior, and selected by a different jury of European film crafts professionals each year. They've made some excellent choices this year, far better than the nominations for the other EFA categories, but they've also made some horrible ones: Production Design and Costume Design for Belfast? Christ the night... The winners for other categories will be announced on 10 December.
