Winners have been announced for the American Cinema Editors' 2022 Eddie Awards, representing the best editing and editors in cinema last year. For live action features, Everything Everywhere All at Once and Top Gun: Maverick were the expected winners, with the former claiming a clean streak across all the Oscar precursor awards this season. Other film winners include Fire of Love and Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, and, between these four titles, Eddie Award recipients for 2022 were split evenly between female and male.
