The American Cinema Editors has decided on its award winners for the films of 2021, handing out its latest batch of prizes last night. Their Comedy, Animated, and Documentary categories went as most expected they would, though a toss-up in Drama resulted in the most surprising pick of this year's ACE Eddies: Pamela Martin for King Richard, not necessarily ranking high on predictors' lists for the Oscar later this month, at least not until now.
