2018 Cinema Audio Society Awards Nominations

John Krasinski and Noah Jupe in A Quiet Place

Few surprises here! The Cinema Audio Society has announced nominees for its 2018 awards, honouring the best sound mixing in the movies. The sound mixers guild has helped to confirm the frontrunners in the Oscar race in this category, which can often be tough to predict prior to the CAS' nominations announcement. It's a blow for Mary Poppins Returns, which has been on a disappointing run of late, but success for Bohemian Rhapsody, which most assuredly has not!
